I am a (soon to be) Assistant Professor at the Institute for Economic Policies, Universidad Andrés Bello (Santiago, Chile) and an Invited Researcher at the Abdul Latif Jameel Poverty Action Lab (J-PAL). Prior to this, I served as an Assistant Professor at PUC-Rio in Brazil. I hold a PhD in Economics from the University of California, Los Angeles (UCLA), and I have worked as a consultant for the Inter-American Development Bank (IDB).
My research interests lie within the fields of labor economics, crime, and development.
